The main core of this performance is the struggle of two women for their safety as human beings in the world and their search for freedom.
A dancer is searching for her artistic understanding and knowledge through her interest in a non western artistic form and traditions. A war refugee trying to be understood and searching for safety in her new world far away from violence and oppression.
Will they find each other? Do they dare to meet? Or will they isolate themselves without finding out any better solution for their existence?
The meeting will show their sides in both pleasant and unpleasant situations.
The performance will question many aspects about freedom, existence, women safety, immigration, integration in a poetic and aesthetic way without giving any concrete answer.
This time we have placed the audience inside the performance, people is sitting inside a "golden room" in benches placed in the middle of the room. Both performers, dance and play around them. This in order to give a close feeling and interaction with the performers.
